SoftBank Corp. announced that the demonstration project for lightweight chalcopyrite solar cells at a base station on a remote island in Tokyo has been selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government subsidy program. In this demonstration, Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. will handle construction, while PXP will be responsible for fabricating the solar panels.
